My Work At Coditas
I worked on projects from multiple domains which taught me how to design for people who have had diverse set of experiences. I worked on multiple B2B and B2C projects and helped bring in clients by iterating over speedy and fast proposals, leading to a 68% conversion rate.

Learnings

Bringing visuals is helpful when sharing initial ideas with cross-functional partners. By sharing low-fidelity explorations and visual references, I could better communicate with engineers, product managers, and UX researchers about the feasibility and timeline

Managing multiple projects by setting priorities. I set up priorities based on the project timeline, user priorities, and business needs. Setting up priorities and sharing them during meetings also helped me be more flexible.

Focussing on the problems rather than coming up with creative solutions. I learnt how to dig deep into the problem and test out multiple iterations instead of perfecting one solution.

Created end-to-end detailed UX Proposals within a short period which outlined the proposed approach, strategies, and deliverables to acquire clients

Increased user engagement by 5% and user retention by 15% by including subscription changes and SleepScore quizzes. Improved consistency in designs by redesigning and setting up a preliminary design system.

Shipped full end-to-end flow , collaborating with cross-functional partners across all stages, from research, design, to execution.
My overall Experience
My year at Coditas has enabled me to enhance my skills as a multi-disciplinary UX Designer. I had the privilege of dabbling in a number of projects whilst exploring different domains. My experience was filled with learning new things, meeting incredible people, and being bold and creative. I had the privilege of working with some of the most talented and kind-hearted people during my time here. I learned and grew a lot as a designer.
